The Greek has a slightly higher fat content than most yoghurts, a balanced flavour with just the right amount of sharpness, this is super-creamy and amazing to dollop on muesli or fruit in the mornings. The Greek has Lactobacillus pro-biotic, plus a chicory root pre-biotic which is always a bonus.

Sweeten yoghurt to your liking with a little honey or pure maple syrup.

Stir through chopped fruit or stewed fruit for a healthy dessert. So good!
