Made from WA cows milk at WA's oldest dairy in Brunswick River WA.

This Red Leicester is the closest to the classic English hard cheese I've eaten in Australia. It's delicious. 

The flavour develops due to the longer slower maturation period and the award winning cheesemaker who oversees the production.
