Cheese - Mozzarella 125gm

Provenance: Made by Dom and his team at La Delizia Latticini in Victoria Park

Ingredients: Bannister Downs full fat milk, salt, rennet

Tasting notes: handmade milky, mild, stretchy mozzarella.

Uses:

Make Salad Capreze with room temperature tomatoes, fresh basil, torn or sliced mozzarella, couple of grinds of black pepper, smattering of salt and a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil.

Dot through hot pasta dishes.

Cook on top of pizza.

Add to meatballs in tomato sauce.

Try fig, prosciutto and mozzarella salad on mixed leaves drizzled with vino cotto (or balsamic), extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Storage: store in fridge and note use before date. Best eaten within 5 days of receival.
