Made from WA cows milk at WA's oldest dairy in Brunswick River WA. This makes the best sarnies, toasties and cheese sauce for WA grown cauliflower!

This block cheddar is certainly a cut above the rest and tastes like cheese used to. The flavour develops due to the longer slower maturation period and thanks to the award winning cheesemaker who oversees the production.
