Callebaut chocolate is my personal favourite for cooking (and snacking) needs.

This is the classic dark chocolate. It doesn't make desserts sickly sweet but gives a satisfying chocolate flavour without the sugar.

Add to muffins, cakes and cookies, as well as making your own chocolates, icings and desserts.
