Callebaut chocolate is my personal favourite for cooking (and snacking) needs. It has all round applications from adding to muffins, cakes and cookies, to making your own chocolates, icings and desserts.

I call this a bittersweet chocolate as it has fruity dark choc flavours with just a little more milk to balance and smooth it out.
