Breakfast Cereal - Muesli 500gm

With a base of WA grown oats from Kojonup I've built a recipe that is versatile enough for you to add your favourite flavours in the form of fresh fruit, yoghurt and your choice of milk.

You'll recognise all the familiar and healthy nuts, seeds and dried fruit plus a smattering of Cassia (my preference to cinnamon). Protein and mineral rich, this is a great way to start your day!

INGREDIENTS: oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, linseeds, pepitas, cranberries, sultanas, coconut flakes, cassia
