Lake Janis Farm is owned and run by Dean and Julia Ryan. They supply year-round, grass-fed, Jersey Beef raised on their regenerative Pemberton property.

Good levels of marbling are created with just green pasture diet and NO grain.

Jersey Beef has a distinctive yellow fat which is high in beta-carotene antioxidants, vitamin D and healthy omega-3 fatty acids. The yellow fat and marbling impart unique buttery flavours into the meat. 

The cattle are rotationally grazed on multi–species green pastures which include herbs, grasses and legumes. This greatly increases the health of the animal which in turn increases the nutrient density of the meat. It's delicious too!
